กรี๊ดสลบกับโปสการ์ดสุดสวยจาก hiki เจ้าของบล๊อกญี่ปุ่นแต่เขียนภาษาอังกฤษที่ได้ลิ๊งค์จากคุณพี่มาอีกที เราเคยเข้าไปคอมเมนต์บล๊อกของคุณคนนี้ แล้วเธอก็น่ารักนะ มาเม้นต์เรากลับ แถมบอกว่าจะส่งโปสการ์ดมาให้ เราคาดไว้แล้วว่าโปสการ์ดจากญี่ปุ่นจะต้องสวย แต่ไม่คิดว่าจะได้เก๋ขนาดนี้ ทำเอาเรากลัวว่าการ์ดที่ส่งไปให้เขาจะไม่สวยเท่า แต่มันก็คนละสไตล์ล่ะนะ การ์ดแบบไทยๆ ก็มีเสน่ห์ตามแบบเรา…

ภาพสวยมากเป็นรูป Roppongi Hills ที่โตเกียว เราไม่เคยเห็นของจริง แต่ได้อ่านกับดูรูปตอนจัดอาร์ตหนังสือ tokyo tokyo เนื้อหาใหม่ แต่วาดตามสไตล์เก่า แบบโมเดิร์น (แปลว่าไรเนี่ย เอาเป็นว่าสวยละกัน) เจ้าตัวเขียนอธิบายมาว่า

‘This illustration is showing a city in Tokyo, how it’s transitioned from old to new.’

I’m so thrilled with this cool postcard from hiki, whose beautiful blog just makes me want to go to Japan. The illustration is of what she said;

‘This illustration is showing a city in Tokyo, how it’s transitioned from old to new.’

I like how the artist cleverly incorporated such modern content with old-style painting, making it unique and classic at the same time.

The place is called Roppongi Hills, a mega-complex in Tokyo. I have never visited the actual place. Just read and saw photos while I did artwork for my sister’s book, tokyo tokyo. I always like Japanese design, it would be nice if I could go and see designs over there

จากที่ปกติไม่ค่อยใส่ใจกล่องจดหมายหน้าบ้านสักเท่าไหร่ เพราะส่วนใหญ่ไม่เป็นบิลเก็บเงินก็จะเป็นใบปลิว
โฆษณาที่อยู่ในกล่อง แต่หลังๆ ก็จะเกิดอาการลุ้นเล็กๆ ว่าวันนี้จะมีอะไรถึงเราหรือเปล่า ส่วนหนึ่งก็มาจากpostcrossing

อีกส่วนหนึ่งที่พยายามจะให้มันนานๆ มาที ก็คือของจาก Etsy กับ Amazon

แล้วเมื่อวานเราก็ได้ตื่นเต้นอีก การ์ดสุดน่ารักนี่สั่งซื้อจาก MarmeeCraft เวบที่ตามดูมาตั้งแต่รู้จัก Etsy แรกๆ

รูปกระรอกน้อยสองตัวพิมพ์บนกระดาษการ์ดด้านอย่างงาม มาเป็นแพ๊ค 5 ใบ พร้อมซอง แถมด้วยที่คั่นหนังสือ
และการ์ดขอบคุณ ชอบโทนสีแบบนี้ เย็นๆ สบายตา ดูแล้วมีความสุข

หาเรื่องเสียเงินไปไม่ทันไร วันนี้ก็มีกล่องหนังสือจาก amazon มารอหน้าบ้านอีกกล่อง เย้ๆ แล้วจะถ่ายรูปมาแปะอีก

อืม…ความจริงเงินก็ซื้อความสุขได้เหมือนกันนะ

ว่าแต่ต้องงดเข้า Etsy กับ amazon ไปสักพักละ ไม่งั้นตังค์หมดแน่!

It seems I’m becoming quite attached to my mailbox lately. Everyday I check for postcards from postcrossing, and from time to time I check for mails from Etsy or Amazon. Now I understand how some people love shopping online.

This package just came yesterday. A 5-card pack of Merry Squirrels from MarmeeCraft. An Etsy artist whom I have followed since I knew Etsy. The pack came with a free gift of beautiful bookmarks and a Thank You card. I’m especially excited with the bookmark. Very nice, love it very much!

I think I can say money can buy happiness in this case But I guess I have to avoid clicking to Etsy or Amazon for some time as I also have a box from Amazon today too!

ว่าจะเขียนเรื่องอื่นมั่ง แปะโปสกาด์มาเยอะละ แต่พอดีได้ใบนี้มาเสียก่อน ชอบมาก(อีกแล้ว) เยอรมันเป็นประเทศที่อยากไปมากที่สุด ที่จริงก็เคยไปมาแล้ว แต่ไปแค่สองวัน อยากไปดูหลายเมืองมากกว่านี้ ชอบบ้านเรือนเขา ไม่หรูหราแบบฝรั่งเศสหรืออิตาลี แต่ดูเรียบๆ อบอุ่น บ้านตุ๊กตาดี

การ์ดนี่ คนส่งบอกว่าเป็นบ้านแถบตอนเหนือของเยอรมัน ไม่แน่ใจชื่อเมืองเหมือนกัน แต่อยู่ในเขตที่เรียกว่า Mecklenburg Western Pomerania อยู่ติดทะเลบอลติค ข้ามฝั่งไปก็เป็นโปแลนด์

บ้านที่อยู่ติดน้ำนี่ชอบมีสีสันเนอะ

I thought I would post something else as there’s a lot of postcards posted already but that ’s before I received this.

I love German architecture, simple but cute houses. Hope I could go there again

The sender told me that this cute colorful house is in northern part of Germany,a region called Mecklenburg Western Pomerania.
